College

Make www.ontariocolleges.ca or www.osca.ca your one-stop information place for college education.

  • A reminder that all applications are done online through the Ontario College website
  • Your transcripts are sent to OCAS. They send your marks to the schools you have chosen
  • The cost is $95 for five choices and this fee can be paid by Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. You can also pay by cheque, money order or telephone banking.
  • You cannot choose more than three programs per school
  • You will need your Ontario Education Number (OEN). This number is printed on your report card or you can get it through the Guidance Department.
  • You will need an appropriate e-mail address. Please supply one that you check on a regular basis.

University

Make www.electronicinfo.ca or www.osca.ca your one-stop information place for university education.

  • A reminder that all applications are done online through www.ouac.on.ca
  • Your transcripts are to OUAC. They send your marks to the schools you have chosen.
  • The cost is $120 for the three choices. Each additional choice is $40.
    You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. You can also pay by cheque, money order or telephone banking.
  • You will need your PIN. You can get your PIN through guidance.
  • You will need an appropriate e-mail address. Please supply one that you check on a regular basis.
  • The deadline for equal consideration is early January. See the Guidance Department for the specific date.

Apprenticeship

Do some research on Apprenticeship programs.

You can get started on your apprenticeship while in high school with OYAP (Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program). This program is tied into Coop Ed. For more details, please see Mr. David Gallant in the Coop Ed office.
